Spciy and Sweet all in one...
Ingredients: 1/2 cup Red Onion finely chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh Cilantro chopped
2 teaspoons Canned Chipotle Chile in Adobo Sauce, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Jalepeno Pepper finely chopped
1/2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
1 Mango peeled and diced
1 Can Black Beans rinsed and drained or two cups cooked beans
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well to mix. Chill and serve.
