People's Grocery has moved its propagation greenhouse to the California Hotel, best accessed from the corner of 35th and Chestnut. Our greenhouse serves both the needs of our 2 gardens, and our 3 acre farm in Sunol. We also have a fall plant sale which will be announced in the coming months. We always have left over starts and we are willing to donate the excess to community gardens and non-profits. Please contacts our Greenhouse coordinator at marcelo@peoplesgrocery.org.

People's Grocery is people powered and we need your help! Come stop by and help out for the day or make a commitment to food justice by interning with us. We need help with the following at the greenhouse:

• Mixing potting soil
• Seeding flats
• Transplanting seedlings
• Irrigation work
• Building propagation tables and general carpentery

Come by and volunteer with us each Friday from 2-5pm. Please RSVP with max@peoplesgrocery.org if you are interested in stopping by to lend a hand.
