Ingredients:
- 3- Ripe Large Bananas
- 1 1/2- Cups Chopped Fresh Pineapple
- 1 1/2- Cups Orange Juice
- 1 1/2- Cups Plain Nonfat Yogurt
- 16 to 18 Ice Cubes
- 1/4- Cup Honey
Procedure: Put all ingredients in batches in a blender and process until smooth.
