Cool down in the summer with your favorite fruit...

Ingredients:

  • 3- Ripe Large Bananas
  • 1 1/2- Cups Chopped Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 1/2- Cups Orange Juice
  • 1 1/2- Cups Plain Nonfat Yogurt
  • 16 to 18 Ice Cubes
  • 1/4- Cup Honey
Procedure:

Put all ingredients in batches in a blender and process until smooth.
