Sauteed Turnips and Turnip Greens  Email Article To a Friend View Printable Version 

Ingredients:
  • 6-8 bunches young turnips with greens
  • 4 cloves garlic- chopped
  • 2T olive oil
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • Braggs liquid aminos 
Procedure:

Coarsely chop turnips and greens. Heat olive and sesame. Add garlic and stir fry (2mins). Add turnips, stir fry (3-4mins). Add greens and cook until tender. Add a few Tbs. of water, if necessary. Season with Braggs liquid aminos to taste.
