Mango Raita

Ingredients:
  • 2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c. chopped mint
  • 1 tsp. cumin- ground or whole
  • 1 jalapeno- finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 mangoes- chopped
Procedure:

Mix all ingredients. (Note: can be refrigerated 3-4 days).
