Mango Raita
Ingredients:
2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. chopped mint
1 tsp. cumin- ground or whole
1 jalapeno- finely diced
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 mangoes- chopped
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients. (Note: can be refrigerated 3-4 days).
